Supporting mothers, the ultimate caregivers

Starting May 8th, all Ritchie Feed & Seed locations will be selling lavender in support of the Caregivers’ Garden. The lavender is being sold in honour of the mothers in our communities who have provided care and for those whom we have given care to.

The lavender is being sold for $12.99 and $14.99 at the Ottawa locations at 1390 Windmill Lane and 2079 Carp Road.

Lavender was chosen as a flower that represents devotion, grace and calmness, three attributes which define caregiving. It’s a beloved plant by gardeners for its rich colour and warm scent.

We hope that you stop by a Ritchie’s location near you to pick up your lavender and plant it in your garden in honour of your mother.
